PART I — TERMS OF USE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering with, volunteering for, donating to, or otherwise using any website, mobile service, registration platform, event, field, facility, communication channel, or program operated by ENA, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree, do not use ENA services.
2. Eligibility
Use of ENA services is limited to:
Adults age 18 or older
Minors acting through a parent or legal guardian
Authorized coaches, volunteers, sponsors, and staff
3. Participation Rules
Participation in leagues, camps, clinics, and events is subject to:
Registration approval
Fee payment
Safety and medical eligibility
Compliance with league rules
Good sportsmanship
ENA may suspend or remove any participant, parent, coach, or spectator for misconduct.
4. Code of Conduct
Users shall not:
Harass or threaten others
Use abusive or discriminatory language
Damage property or equipment
Engage in violence or unsafe conduct
Misrepresent identity or eligibility
Violate law or league policy
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, ENA and its officers, directors, volunteers, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of ENA services or participation in ENA programs.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Tennessee law. Exclusive venue shall be Davidson County, Tennessee.
PART II — WEBSITE / DIGITAL LICENSE AGREEMENT
7. Ownership of Content
All ENA logos, graphics, schedules, forms, text, photos, videos, software, and website materials (“Content”) are owned by ENA or used with permission.
All rights reserved.
8. Limited License
ENA grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ENA digital platforms solely for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.
9. Prohibited Uses
Without written permission, users may not:
Copy or republish content
Sell or commercialize ENA materials
Use ENA trademarks
Reverse engineer systems
Upload malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access
Use bots or scraping tools
10. User Submissions
If users submit content to ENA, they grant ENA a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for league and promotional purposes.
11. Photo and Video Release Statement
By registering for, attending, volunteering at, or participating in any ENA program, event, practice, game, tournament, clinic, or related activity, you grant ENA the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, livestream, film, or otherwise capture your image, voice, likeness, name, and participation.
ENA may use such photographs, videos, recordings, or media in any lawful manner including websites, social media, printed materials, promotional campaigns, fundraising materials, news releases, broadcasts, and archival purposes without compensation or further approval.
For minors, such consent is granted by the registering parent or legal guardian.
Users waive any right to inspect or approve finished media products and release ENA from claims relating to use of such materials, including claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or compensation.
Written opt-out requests may be submitted in advance where practicable; however, ENA cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd shots, public events, livestreams, or incidental background appearances.

Websites and registration systems
Email, text, and phone communications
Paper forms
Events and programs
Donations and sponsorships

14. How We Use Information

ENA uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is completely secure, and ENA disclaims liability for breaches beyond its reasonable control.

ENA retains information as reasonably necessary for league operations, safety, insurance, tax compliance, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
19. User Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request to:

PART IV — CHILDREN’S PRIVACY POLICY
20. Commitment to Children’s Privacy

PART V — GENERAL LEGAL TERMS
27. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENA and its representatives from claims or losses arising from their conduct, negligence, or violation of these terms.
28. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, License Agreement, Privacy Policy, registration forms, waivers, and posted rules constitute the full agreement between users and ENA.
30. Updates
ENA may revise this document at any time. Continued use of ENA services constitutes acceptance of changes.
