East Nashville Athletics offers dynamic Cheerleading programs for children ages 4-13.

Our program provides a positive, skill-building environment where young athletes can:

  • Learn foundational cheers, chants, and choreography.
  • Develop coordination, stage presence, and teamwork.
  • Build confidence while supporting our various teams.

With dedicated coaches and a strong sense of community, we’re committed to helping every child shine, both on the sidelines and in the spotlight!

Cheer Team 4-13

What ages are eligible for the Cheer program?

The program is open to children between the ages of 4 and 13.

Does my child need prior cheer or dance experience?

No! Our program is designed for cheerleaders of all experience levels. We focus on teaching the basics in a fun, supportive, and safe environment.

How often do the cheer teams practice and perform?

Teams usually have practice 2 times a week until season starts then once a week and cheer on Saturday. Season starts October and goes through December.

Do the cheerleaders learn stunting or tumbling?

Our program focuses on sideline cheering, chants, and basic routines. Any introduction to stunting or tumbling will be done at the coach’s discretion, strictly following safety guidelines and progressions set by East Nashville Athletics. Tumbling is not required for participation.
